WHO WE ARE
Optimum’s priority is to ensure that our commitment to providing high quality services is maintained. We demonstrate this commitment by dedicating extensive hours to the initial and ongoing training of our employees. Likewise, we ensure that our clients and/or their caregivers are thoroughly educated on the behavioral procedures that we utilize in order for them to generalize these effective techniques in the absence of our services. Additionally, we are committed to staying innovative by continually seeking out novel evidence-based behavioral techniques. We employ a combination of traditional and contemporary ABA strategies, informed by the latest research findings, to target pivotal skills that lead to wide-spread change. Within this modality, acquisition of these pivotal skills, leads to significant improvements in additional areas and increases the acquisition and generalization of other skills that were not specifically targeted.
